Who is Richard Coumans?
I’m a Business Coach specialising in doubling the revenues and drastically improving the profitability of privately owned business with revenues in the range of $3m to $15m. My skill set gives me a unique understanding of how the numbers link to the business strategy and the practical experience to develop and implement strategy to maximise those numbers.
I am a leading adviser and coach and I help entrepreneurial family business owners to develop a clear direction for their business, grow their sales and understand their margins, and ultimately help them achieve far greater levels of profitability and cashflow.

In case you’re curious, my background is as a career Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
My path to this qualification was an initial 3-year stint with professional services giant PWC. Ultimately, I went into my own accounting business which I ran for 25 years or so. From the early 1990s, my focus was on advisory services to small to medium-sized businesses with a small team of accountants focused on delivering tax and accounting solutions.
In 2014 I sold my practice to a financial services firm that is publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. I now focus on providing the skills, knowledge and experience gained over this journey in my business coaching practice to businesspeople just like you.
I have spent literally spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on professional development, education, mentors and subscriptions including Mindshop, Key Person of Influence, Coach Marketing Machine and Thought Leaders. There is a mountain of value that I am sitting on that I am ready to share with you when you are ready
